The third Expedition 2003
The third expedition to Nasca took place in February and March 2003. The main tasks
of this trip were the digital entry of selected and so far unknown geoglyphs, the
surveying of control points, the field comparison of already existing photogrammetrically
determined lines and geoglyphs for the verification of the data and addition of the description
of objects for the GIS. Additionally one of the main tasks was to take panorama photos in the
Pampa as preparation for a common project with the Carl-Zeiss-Planetarium Jena.
Within the context of two lectures the project of Nasca was presented in Nasca and
to the Peruvian Congress in Lima.
